Inter-ed can offer a wide range of OD specialisms. Process consultations, ethnographic
and action research, acquisitive inquiry, developmental approaches to HR management,
psychological assessment instruments, organisational diagnostic instruments,
creativity and leadership development, are some of the areas within our company's
repertoire.
Our lead consultant is Dr
Kim McManus who is certified for the delivery of a wide range of assessment
instruments, including MBTITM and Benchmarks. Her doctoral degree is in Organisational
Behaviour and Development.
Organisational Development is of increasing relevance in the modern work as
businesses operate in environments characterised by ever increasing change and
turbulence. The search for better HR strategies, for new ways of working, and
