Inter-ed is one of very few companies which can provide training in decision analysis. Such training is focused on very difficult decisions under conditions of great uncertainty. For example, training police or social work professionals in how to structure decisions surrounding sex abuse cases, or senior government officials in deciding among government policy options, or medical doctors in relation to treatment choices. These are all examples drawn from the real work of Inter-ed.

We also specialise in Organisational Development training. This addresses a wide range of issues including team development, leadership and motivation, cultural analysis, creativity development, acquisitive inquiry and a wide range of related areas.

Finally, in the management and business field we specialise in the development of Innovation Skills. Based on sound research we explore how businesses can gear their culture towards innovation, and help develop the sets of skills important for the task.
